Chairman of the AIRTech Board - Blake Ward

Blake has extensive marketing experience developing and assisting small to mid-size companies with private placement funding, and brings diversified experience in business management and corporate finance. Blake has extensive expertise in the construction industry. Since 1985, he has managed, consulted and started several construction and concrete cutting, coring and demolition companies which include American Concrete Cutting & Coring, Castillo Demolition & Concrete and Crown concrete Cutting & Coring.

Blake is also one of the Founders and President of Qsync Inc., and the co-creator of the QSR 24/30 Film Reader used for research screenings on approximately 1,000 films for Paramount Studios. Qsync’s 24/30 Film Reader was up for consideration of an Academy Award in the Scientific and Technical Achievement category in 2002.

In 1995, Blake founded and served as the President of Advanced Innovative Marketing, a consulting company assisting with the marketing and development of small to mid-sized companies.

Chief Executive Officer AIRTech - Robert Doherty

Robert is a seasoned business and technology senior executive with expertise in manufacturing, operations, finance and engineering. He has successfully led global / multi-facility businesses and has a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue and profit objectives. Robert is a proven expert in translating broad strategies into specific objectives/plans and successfully translating those objectives into action and quantifiable results.  He has taken companies through the Chapter 11 and BIA (Canadian Chapter 11).  He has successfully taken two companies from start-up to multi-million dollars in sales.  Robert has two patents and 37 proprietary rights in his name.

Robert led the ALM Tech Group, as President from 2012 to 2014.  He created three unique divisions; CNC metal fabrication, composites and ballistics, and incorporated the assets of each to provide solutions for customers’ requirements (Boeing, Lockheed and the Department of Defense).

As President, Robert grew sales of ArmorStruxx, a $100+ million manufacturer of comprehensive ballistic and blast protection solutions specializing in lightweight armor system design and integration, from $235,000 to $14.2 million per month within three months. Robert researched, engineered and qualified a ballistic MRAP armor solution for Navistar Defense in less than 5 weeks, achieving a full production run rate in six weeks.

At Cosmotronic, Robert served as CEO and Board member for a two-facility, 110 employee, and $14+ million printed circuit board fabrication company. He successfully led and guided the company through the Chapter 11 process in five weeks. He was responsible for the restructuring of $42 million in legacy debt and transforming the business from monthly losses into a profitable company, increasing sales from ~$7 to $14 million in three years while decreasing the cost of operations and overhead.

Robert earned a BSChE from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is involved in numerous civic and community organizations in Southern California.

President, Secretary AIRTech / CEO EC Technology – Robert Switzer

Robert has 25 years of experience in business and executive management, with particular expertise and passion for start-ups. Through the years, Robert has gained vast experience in a wide array of business matters for companies of all sizes.

His expertise includes business start-up consulting, organizational controls, operational design, business development, intellectual property development and profit, sales and marketing development, public relations assistance, trade secret maximization, financial forecasting and modeling, asset management, reorganizations, expansions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, executive management coaching, business valuations, regulatory compliance, divestitures, law, litigation, contract writing and enforcement, commercial and secured transactions, and complex dispute resolution.

As a start-up specialist, Robert has taken businesses from very simple beginning concepts to millions of dollars in sales. As a reorganization specialist, Robert has restructured debt and equity, reduced liabilities by $22,000,000, revitalized net revenue, and accomplished a total turn-around. Typically, Robert is able to quickly change management pathways from being stagnant or non-productive, to being profitable and providing investor returns. Robert has doubled and tripled the value of intellectual property rights for various business organizations.

Robert’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Finance Major, from the University of Arizona. Robert completed his Post-Graduate Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1989. He is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been a youth football and lacrosse coach for 14 years.

Chief Financial Officer – Michael O’Brien

Mike joined Advanced Innovative Recovery Technologies, Inc. in April 2015 as Vice President of Finance following an extensive Financial Management Career with over 30 years at the Chief Financial Officer role in electronic and medical product manufacturing, consumer products and the cruise industry. This experience includes extensive work in mergers and acquisitions to include financial integration of two half billion dollar consumer products companies, performing all due diligence and financial aspects of six other mergers and acquisitions as well as hands-on involvement with taking a company public on the NYSE.

Mike’s experience also includes two stints with Venture Capital Companies, responsibility managing foreign subsidiaries, residing overseas and performing assistance in bringing a company successfully through bankruptcy. His education background includes BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and MBA form University of Phoenix.

CTO / Vice President, Operations - Brad Banister

Brad is a seasoned engineer who brings a wealth of process and product development experience, along with a well-balanced understanding of corporate functions from program and general management responsibilities.   Immediately after graduating from California State Polytechnic in Pomona with a BSc in Chemical Engineering in 1987, Brad lived in England to transfer thermoplastic composite technology developed by ICI for US military programs.  Intel and Allied Signal allowed Brad to utilize his technical and program management skills.  At Intel he gained valuable high volume launch experience and at Allied Signal he was given opportunity to develop specialized chip packages, leading to a patent. 

His career at Delphi began with a technical focus, both as an engineer and engineering group leader, but transitioned to program management.  Additional responsibility continued at Oakley where he was hired to transfer a purchased brand, ESS, from contract to in-house manufacturing.  Valuable business system experience was gained as the new brand was established in Oakley's SAP system. 

Brad managed a manufacturing site with NovaStruxx.  A rapid ramp of a new military product provided opportunity to make critical operational decisions to meet the customer requirements and keep within tight operational budgets.  Brad brings cross functional experience in a large corporate setting.  Brad has demonstrated ability to add value in a wide range of technologies and corporate structures.
